Le Bistrot d'Alex meets local products: fish of the Mediterranean, shellfish from the Thau lagoon, meat and poultry from the Aveyron country and vegetables from growers in the region. The wines by the glass or bottle, are those of the winemakers of Florensac and partners (Vacqueras, Muscat de St Jean de Minervois, Noilly Prat and champagne Nicolas Feuillatte) that we have the pleasure to let you taste before moving to table.La staging is provided by the chef Alexandre Fabre associated with Jean Claude Fabre who worked on both the reputation of Léonce Michelin starred restaurant.
